1. The Board: is the highest authority and consists of all members who are bond owners.

2. The Board of Directors: is the body that is directly in charge of the governance and administration of the Entity. It consists of a President, a Secretary, and Treasurer and seven Members at large.

3. Admissions Committee: has the exclusive right to decide on the admission of new members. It's formed by all the members of the Board of Directors and twelve elected owner members.

Presidency.- The president legally represents the association and presides over the Board and the Board of Directors, for which he has been granted the appropriate powers.

Secretary.- The Secretary has all powers inherent in the position and manages all the Association's personnel.
